Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Iris earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tennessee State University and has built her career on helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most while planning confidently for the future.

She serves as a mentor with the Kempsville High School Entrepreneurship and Business Academy and with Envision Lead Grow, helping young women develop the confidence and skills to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. She is also active in community and leadership organizations focused on education, business development, and wealth-building.

Iris and her husband, Ben, have been married for more than 30 years and are the proud parents of twin daughters, Ashley and Megan.
