Courtney is the Regional Area Developer and Agency Owner of a local Houston Insurance broker and brings over 18 years of management and leadership experience from her tenure at the Farmers Insurance Group. With hard work and an ambitious spirit, Courtney worked her way up from administrative assistant to Operations Manager, successfully overseeing the company’s largest district office with over 120 agents. A respected leader and consummate professional in all that she does, Courtney holds both property & casualty and life & health insurance licenses and is actively pursuing her Texas real estate license.

Courtney’s impeccable work ethic and vibrant personality make her a tremendous asset to her industry. From masterfully juggling multiple tasks—streamlining internal operations, onboarding new clients, generating financial reports—Courtney has a special talent for building efficient systems, organizing business processes and creative problem-solving.

A Conroe native, Courtney holds fond memories of time spent with family and volunteering at her church as a youth. Always up for a good challenge, she swam competitively for 14 years—mastering both diving and synchronized swimming. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys running, hanging out with her adorable nieces and nephew, catching up with friends and traveling, and being a dog mom to two small but mighty Shih Tzus.
